Truck was giving trouble after I programmed remote, couldn't figure it out. Dude told me he didn't know what the problem was but he would call me back. He did. Told me my battery was dead in my truck. Sure enough it was my battery. remotes work fine. He didn't have to call me back, it wasn't the remote, but he did. Very cool.

My experience was not a perfect one. The 1st remote was defective which can happen with any electronic device. But what made the 5 star rating was the quick response and quick delivery of a new remote that worked perfectly.
